FLAVORED OLIVE OIL: We offer extra virgin olive oil that is rich in flavor with a real aroma of fruits, we don’t just add flavoring ingredients but although we crush olives together with lemons and oranges to maintain their natural flavor.
Extraction Method: Our early harvested olive oil is produced by using a cold extraction method that involves minimal heat (below 27 °C) and no chemicals, this extra virgin olive oil maintains its purity and preserves the rich flavors and nutrients found in fresh olives.
COLD PRESSED: This process begins by carefully selecting the finest olives, which are then gently crushed, pressed and then yielding a liquid gold. Cold-pressed olive oil boasts a vibrant green color, a robust fruity aroma, and a distinctively smooth and velvety texture.
USAGE: It enhances the flavor of cured meats such as prosciutto and seared fish, and is a great addition to salads, pasta, and rice.
